Cut out the windscreen blanks from 3003 .025 aluminum. I didn't want a sharp bend line at the corners of the frames so I made a bending brake out of particle board with a larger radius to use with my harbor freight bender. It also made bending flanges in later steps easier. I made a template to gauge the bend angles and bent the blank prior to making the cutouts for the clear windshield material.
